Unit Height

This is the height of the upright, column or post that we will supply with your shop shelving unit. The height you select includes the upright and all necessary back panels for you to build your slat wall shelving bay. Our slat wall bays feature a 40cm plain panel at the very base of the unit all other panels will be slatted. So for example if you select a height of 181cm we will supply 1 x 40cm plain back panel and 13 x 10cm slatted back panels. The overall height of the bay will be 181cms, the base leg takes up 11cm leaving 170cm to be covered by the 1 x 40cm plain panel and 130cm of slat panels. Likewise, if you select a height of 211cm, we will supply 1 x 40cm plain panel & 16 x 10cm slat panels with the base leg taking up the remainder of the height.

When choosing the height of your shop shelving bay please allow an additional 1-3cms clearance as the base leg feet are adjustable in order to account for uneven floor surfaces.

All uprights supplied with our design your own shop shelving bays are 50mm pitch with 60/30mm profile - ideal for standard retail. Please contact us directly should you require customised shop shelving bays with 80/30 or 110/30 profile uprights.
