Standard Return To Base Warranty - The basic warranty offered for non critical users and customers that have access to postal and courier services. Should the machine develop a fault simply e-mail us and we will send you a returns form. Send the machine back to us with the completed returns form. We will inspect and repair as necessary and then send it back to you free of charge within the limits of the warranty period. Please retain all packaging for the length of the warranty period as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused in transit either to or from us.
Collection Warranty - All the features of the standard warranty, but with the additional service of us paying for the carriage back to us, ideal for customers who don't have access to courier or postal services. How does it work? Should a falut develop with your machine, simply e-mail us and we will send you a returns form and a UPS carrier Label. Fill in the returns form, securely and safely box up your coin sorter attach the UPS label and then phone UPS to arrange a free of charge collection. We will inspect and repair as necessary and then send it back to you free of charge within the limits of the warranty period. Please retain all packaging for the length of the warranty period as we cannot be held responsible for damaged caused in transit either to or from us.
Advanced Replacement Warranty - Ideal for critical users. Should your machine develop a fault simply e-mail us and we will send you a returns form, once this form is received back we will arrange for a replacement machine* to be sent to you. You will also receive a return label for your existing machine in the same box. This returns labels must be securely fastened to the side of the box of the old machine and given back to the courier driver so the machine can be delivered back to us for inspection and repair. If you are unable to do this simply attached the label to the side of the box and call UPS to re-book the free of charge collection. Please be aware that if the machine returned simply needed cleaning or the fault caused by wear and tear of consumable parts additional charges may be applied - if in doubt give us a call on 08456 442210.
*Coin sorters up to 3 months old - New machine will be sent. Over 3 months old - New machine or fully refurbished machine will be sent with a guaranteed coin count to be less than the machine being returned.
