We supply the Coin Sorter CS205 as standard with a three year return to base warranty. However, we realise that in the current market conditions that all capital equipment purchases are very price sensitive. We therefore allow you to opt out of the standard three year warranty in return for a further discount on the coin sorter.
2 and 3 year warranties come with free servicing, (1 free service with the two year warranty and 2 free services with the three year warranty) we recomend that these are carried out annually - on the aniversary of the purchase of your coin sorter.
When you require your coin sorter to be serviced simply e-mail us quoting your invoice number and we will send you a returns form by email. Complete this return form and send it back with the coin sorter (ideally in the original packaging) and we will give the coin sorter a full service. The coin sorter will then be retuned to you by our carrier firm free of charge. The cost of returning the machine to us is yours. If you have any queries regarding any of our coin sorters or warranty periods please do not hesitate in contacting us directly before purchase.
