Coin Sorter Warranty Options

The CS206 has been designed to be a mid range, economically priced coin sorter suitable for counting UK coins only.

It is not designed to be used with any foreign currency, damaged coins, promotional tokens or commemorative coins. Putting these types of coins into the machine may Jam or damage the machine and if found to be the cause of any damage will invalidate any warranty claims.

The CS206 is supplied to you with a twelve months warranty based on a fair usage. As standard we offer two different warranties which would have been offered to you at point of purchase, however if you wish to upgrade your warranty within 7 days of receiving the machine, you can do so by simply paying the difference.

Option 1: 12 months or ½ million coins warranty which ever comes first. Average monthly usage 41000 coins

Or

Option 2: 12 months or 1 million coins warranty which ever comes first. Average monthly usage 83000 coins

The warranty is offered on a fair usage policy meaning we would not expect to have a CS206 back that has counted 400,000 coins after just one month of ownership; however we allow a 10% per calendar month over usage without affecting your warranty up to the warranty limit.

Labour
Parts
Delivery back to your site.

What's not covered:-

Warranty claims caused by customer not following the CS206 cleaning requirements.
Jams and damaged caused by foreign or damaged coins.
Exceeding your monthly fair usage by 10% from point of purchase.
Collection of the machine (unless advanced swap taken out at time of purchase).

In the unlikely event your machine develops a fault simply package your machine up and send it back to us, With Your Name, Address, Invoice number and date of purchase.
